Nick's family owns and manages multiple residential, student, commercial and storage rental units in Bloomington/Normal. His immediate family has been in the rental business for over 25 years, while his extended family has been in the business for nearly a century! For several years, Nick sat on the Board of Directors and served as the Vice-President of the Old House Society, where he also served on the Public Relations Committee, the Finance Committee, the Capital Campaign Committee and the Marketing Committee. As a licensed Real Estate Broker, Nick has a long history of property management and business management, including the development of large commercial properties throughout Illinois. He specializes in: rent-roll adjustment; budget forecasting; cash-flow analysis; collections; tenant screening; tenant relations and retention; marketing and promotions; staff efficiency and productivity (accounting, leasing and maintenance); as well as investment site scouting, procurement (including due diligence), development and disposition. Nick is a firm believer that "it is always possible to cut costs without cutting corners!"
