Dan's Personal Statement
"So much is going on in our business (fees, policies, etc.) that effects our bottom lines that we have had no input on. This association is designed so that whether you own one single family rental or 100 units your voice is the same. It is time that we, as a large tax paying group, get our voices and concerns heard by those who have a direct effect on our businesses and bottom lines. Short of commercial properties, we are the largest group of tax payers in the city."
